We worked with our client to renovate 5 condominiums in the heart of Webster Groves. The kitchens and baths were original from when the building was built in 1986.

The kitchens were redesigned with a new layout and under cabinet lighting to brighten the space. New laminate and vinyl flooring was installed throughout the condos. The bathrooms were updated with new vanities, flooring, and fixtures.

Our updates increased tenant occupancy in the building from 74% to 100% and brought fresh life to a timeless building in Old Webster.
