I have been using Universal Design Specialists (Mike Lemke) continuously fro about 30 years. Our company owns and leases approximately 200 residential properties in the St Louis area. Whenever we start a significant property improvement (think new kitchens and baths-among many other types of renovations) or when we encounter a major repair requiring a detailed technical issue, UDS is the company we rely on time and time again.
